Enjoy the tranquility of TheDCH Gardens while learning basic yoga poses and breathing techniques. Open to all skill levels, the four-week series led by certified instructor Alice Davis helps you connect mind and body while increasing flexibility and strength. Wear comfortable clothing. Bring water, yoga mat, socks and a light covering. Held outside, weather permitting.
