Chelsea Tavern is a modern tavern set directly across from the Grand Opera House on Wilmington’s famed Market Street. Energetic restaurateurs Scott Morrison and Chef Sean McNeice have breathed new life into Market Street by providing Wilmingtonians with a vibrant exciting new concept featuring their take on simple favorites to elaborate cuisine.
With an unmatched dedication to using only the freshest locally sourced ingredients, the results are perfectly prepared seasonal dishes that enhance the wide selection of craft beers and wines served up daily. We are please to offer the following menu selections featuring beer & wine friendly cuisine, sure to please the most discerning of palettes. If you prefer, we would be happy to customize a menu tailored to your tastes and specific needs.
Our professional team is committed to the success of your event and will provide you and your guests with the very highest standard of service while you dine in either The Cellar or the very popular Chelsea Underground. Our rooms are cozy enough for groups of six, and large enough to accommodate functions for up to sixty five guests. Please do not hesitate to contact us to plan your special event.
