Coming Soon: “Boisterous” New Arcade And Bowling Alley

Coming soon in Fall 2020 will be a new duckpin bowling alley and pinball arcade with a storing food and beverage program. The project was recently announced by Wilmington-based developer The Buccini/Pollin Group. The Group is hyping the new concept as the place for “boisterous games & dangerously good times” in Downtown Wilmington.

Wilmington’s New Light Theatre—launched in 2018 by Lena Mucchetti, Tom Mucchetti and Newton Buchanan—will present its first production in Delaware with William Shakespeare’s Othello, Jan. 29 through Feb. 2 at the Delaware Historical Society IN downtown Wilmington.

Passing Strange, the layered rock musical by Stew, is a Christmas show. At least tangentially. I'd never looked at it that way, but as it's City Theater Company's December production, I wondered if they were simply being alternative in a season when a lot of arts lovers need a break from the Christmas Carols and Nutcrackers.
