Somerville Manning Gallery is pleased to present a father and son exhibition of new works by Greg Mort and Jon Mort from November 22 – December 21, 2019. A reception with both artists will be held on Friday, November 22, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. The collection of paintings in Panoramas represents the experiences and interwoven journeys of a father and son – Greg and Jon Mort – who are creating and reflecting on each other’s work in real time. Because the word panorama can define more than the reach of a view of the landscape, it includes the idea of narrative panorama, further emphasizing a connection between the past and the future.
