Humble Park (AKA Delcastle Plaza) is located on the SE Corner of 45h & Shipley Street in Downtown Wilmington, Delaware. Over the years this unique little park seems to have been forgotton & neglected. With recent joint efforts by the city and local artists, the new "Humble Park" is a hub for events, gatherings, or just a relaxing afternoon.
