La Fia Bakery Market Bistro

La Fia is an artisan bakery, gourmet market and bistro located on Market Street in Wilmington, DE. The bakery opens at 8am with farm fresh breakfast sandwiches on our house made English muffins, croissants, and biscuits to go with our La Colombe coffee. Make sure to take home a loaf of one our rustic breads, or some baked goods. The market boasts the best cheese selection in Delaware. We also have wonderful selection of Italian salumi, house made charcuterie, imported oils, vinegars, mustards, honey and much more. Chef/Owner Bryan Sikora runs the kitchen at La Fia Bistro. The food at La Fia is inspired by farmstead cooking with inflections of rustic Italian, Spanish and hints of French. The ingredients are carefully sourced both near and far. At the bar you will find a seasonal cocktail menu, a thoughtful wine selection with both American and European wines and of course local craft beer.
